About this Course

The City of Eureka’s Community Services Department is excited to announce a Sports Conditioning Class for youth ages 11-17. The class is designed for student athletes who want to stay in top shape but can’t compete due to Covid-19 health regulations. *This class has been certified for approval from the Humboldt County Health Department and will follow safe practices such as: • Take participants temperature before start of class • If sick within 24 hours = Can’t participate • Participants must stay 6 feet apart during class (use tape to measure out for drills) • No sharing of equipment, must use own basketball • Bring and use your own water bottle • Hand sanitizer stations
